Join us for our next International Member Network on 6 December.
Our International Member Network is an opportunity for international members to engage with their peers from across the international membership, to discuss topics of interest
and to hear updates from QAA. The event is open to full and associate international members.
This session will have a focus on QAA’s International Quality Assurance Programme (IQAP), QAA’s training course on higher
education quality assurance. This will include an overview and review of IQAP and discussion on leadership and management in higher education quality assurance. There will be an opportunity to hear from IQAP participants on their learning from IQAP
and how they are using that in their professional roles, with the aim of sharing practice in quality assurance with international members. The event will be led by the facilitators of the IQAP event held in July 2023, with contributions from IQAP
participants.
Please note the online registration closes the day before the event. Please email internationalmembership@qaa.ac.uk if you would like to register after the online registration has closed.
This workshop, exclusively for international members, is the first of two we are offering this membership year on Academic Integrity.
This event provides an introduction to and overview of academic integrity, and will be followed by a second event on January 17 2023 which focusses specifically on academic integrity in the context of artificial intelligence.
The session on 12 December will provide useful insights for international members on academic integrity and QAA’s work in this area, and will complement the further event on January 17.
Please note the online registration closes the day before the event. Please email membership@qaa.ac.uk if you would like to register after the online registration has closed.
Join us for this interactive webinar where we will showcase three completed QAA Collaborative Enhancement Projects, all of which explored aspects of the post-graduate research (PGR) student experience.
We will be joined by colleagues who led these Collaborative Enhancement Projects who will share their insights as well as exploring some of the specific barriers to PGR student success and sharing approaches to supporting a high-quality PGR student experience.
This event will be relevant to anyone working in roles that support postgraduate research (PGR) students including academics working as supervisors, senior policy makers and quality professionals with responsibility for PGR students and the processes that support quality and standards of PGR Awards.
Please note the online registration closes the day before the event. Please email membership@qaa.ac.uk if you would like to register after the online registration has closed.
This workshop will provide an overview for international members on how generative AI models are impacting higher education, including academic integrity; how higher education providers might respond to the challenges and opportunities that AI presents, and the work that QAA is currently doing in this area.
The event is exclusively for our international members and is open to staff from both full and associate international member institutions.
