This resource is the first in a new series for QAA members to support you in meeting the regulatory requirements in England. This series is designed to succinctly summarise important elements of the Office for Students (OfS) requirements and provide you with prompts and reflective questions to help you develop your provider’s approach to ensuring compliance with a specific regulatory condition. QAA’s resources are designed to introduce relevant requirements within the OfS conditions, but providers must take their own steps to assure themselves of their compliance with the OfS’ regulatory requirements.
