We’re delighted to begin the new membership year with one of the key events in the QAA calendar – the return of our Quality Insights conference, taking place online on 2 October 2025.
This full-day event offers QAA Members the opportunity to explore the future of quality in higher education alongside thought leaders, practitioners and policymakers from across the sector. With a mix of keynotes, panels and practical sessions, Quality Insights is designed to share emerging thinking, challenge assumptions, and help shape the next phase of quality assurance and enhancement.
Whether you work in teaching, learning or assessment, quality, professional services, strategy or policy – or represent students in any of these areas – there will be sessions to inform and inspire. The conference is open to all QAA Members, and we encourage colleagues from a wide range of roles to attend.

Sessions within this theme will highlight ambitious, collaborative approaches to sector-wide improvement, showcasing opportunities to learn across contexts, engage international partners, and co-develop shared quality solutions.
